Another shameless lift from NahRight

Jada kills R&B cameo's. Dude doesn't get the credit he deserves for being one of the only rappers who can do endless R&B appearances and not sound corny.

Proof God Is A Man : "Lil Wayne & Michael Phelps to launch new season of SNL"

Live comedy sink or swim: Phelps to open 'SNL'

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Butterfly, freestyle, relay — monologue? Michael Phelps is trading the pool for the "Saturday Night Live" stage.

The recording-breaking swimmer, who took home eight gold medals at the Bejing Olympics, will host the 34th season premiere of NBC's long-running late-night sketch-comedy series on Sept. 13. Joining the 23-year-old athlete as musical guest will be rapper Lil Wayne.

It will be the debut "SNL" appearances for both.

The network will air seven new "SNL" episodes before November's presidential election. The Sept. 13th premiere will mark the beginning of four new "SNL" shows in a row. NBC will also air three prime-time episodes of "Saturday Night Live Weekend Update Thursday," a special half-hour "Weekend Update" edition of the show, beginning Oct. 9.

You how monumental this new season of SNL is going to be.

Phelps and Weezy kicking off the season. Crazy. Wonder if they'll touch on Phelps listening' to "Go Getta" before his olympic races

YAWNS: Yung Bergs ALLEGED Twin Brother responds to the Detroit Incident

*yawns* Another "War of the Videos" beef from two people who will never see each other in their lives.

Video: UNN Report: Will Hip Hop Kill Obama's Campaign

I know y'all saw Michelle speak at the D.N.C. the other day.

The speech was moving to say the least, and definently was insurance for a couple of swing voters to sway towards Obama.

With that said, this topic is getting a bit too realistic as the elections get closer. Nas summed it up best in his interview with Tavis Smiley when asked about the relationship between ''HipHop and Obama" and how it might possibly hurt his chances of being voted president.

On a sidenote, isn't there a certain irony in the fact that Barack's running mate is one letter away from one of Hip Hop's most talented artist, haha.

Read the Joe Biden and Joe Budden: Separated at Birth article that COMPLEX did, if not for the story, for the hilarious photoshop.

Video: The GAME's L.A.X. album release party in NYC (brings out Young Buck, Jim Jones, and JOE BUDDEN)

Although the initial stutter and delay with Buck coming out was a little amateur-ish, over-all I give Kudos to GAME. That Budden shit I couldn't of seen coming (pause) for the life fo me.

This man has really proven himself over the years. At the end of the day, no one can strip him of his acheivments. There have been very few to pull of what he did, considering what he's been through.

and L.A.X. is FIRE I'm sure you've downloaded your copy already.

KRS-ONE talks to Soulja Boy on Rap City - Meeting of the Minds: Old Heads VS. Young Heads

Two complete polar opposites, talk about the fuckery that is Hip Hop right now.

Video: Trick Trick Speaks On Yung Berg's Chain & Robbery Incident

You don't know how much joy this new has brought about to me, just knowing this occured. I would kill to see a clip or photo of this.

I don't advocate violence (unless you've been asking for it) and Berg has been asking for it (no homo) for quite a while.

I predict/hope Bow Wow is next.

In all honesty, I hope that ''Game/Bow Wow Madden" Fuckery going between those two escalates into a bloody nose.

Amalam Digital Interview with Heltah Skeltah

AmalgamDigital.com: The album (DIRT) is coming out September 30th, what made you finally go in and create this album?

Sean Price: Time, nawmean. We did two albums, I did two solos. We solidified off of that. We didn’t wanna do Monkey Bars and Jesus Price Superstar again, I did my solos, Rock did Shell Shock. Some people do one because they’re partner is in jail or what ever, but we’re solidified now, it’s time.

AmalgamDigital.com: What is the process for making music, how do you stay inspired and creative?

Sean Price: You know, we go through beats, listen to everything, I hear ‘em. Maybe I like one and Rock don’t like it, or Rock like one and I don’t like it. We have to agree and get busy to them, nawmean?

AmalgamDigital.com: How have y’all progressed from the Nocturnal to Magnum Force now to D.I.R.T.?

Sean Price: How have we progressed? People are cornier now, that’s how. It ain’t no… I’ve seen rappers progressively get wacker which helps us get better.

How adequate that I stumble upon this on the only day in the past two months that I'm up before 10 a.m.

Well hearing this song definently brings a positive up-start to my day being that I'm up this early to do exactly what the song entails.

After surfing Ye's Blog yesterday I have a whole new found respect for his artistry. His influences as far as the ''visuals'' go are sick.

This is going to be fantastic.

Video: "WatchMen" Trailer

I haven't scoured Ye's Blog for a minute, I've been stuck on it the last 2 hours. This man's taste in everything is similar to mine.

Difference is, his dreams are reality and my reality is a dream.

Anyways, here's a trailer for a new movie called "WatchMen" By the director of "300", Zack Snyder.

It's So Cold in the D : "Yung Berg gets beat up" finally

(story STRONG ARM STEADIED from Necole Bitchie)

Yung Berg flew into Detroit late friday night for Hot 102.7’s annual Summer Jamz concert but instead of going straight to his hotel as scheduled, he made a pit stop at a club called Plan B, which i’m hearing is partially owned by Detroit rapper Trick Trick. Now mind you, Berg didn’t tell his label, his management or anyone that he was about to sneak off to the club.

Within minutes of getting inside the club, both Yung Berg and Cap (the person he met up with) were attacked by a group of men affiliated with Trick Trick. I am hearing that Trick Trick was NOT a part of the beat down. In fact, he helped break the fight up. Yung Berg’s security quickly scooped him off the ground and rushed him onto Cap’s tour bus that was parked outside of the club. His transformer chain (pictured above) was snatched during the mayhem. He was then taken to his hotel but did not receive any medical attention. He only suffered minor cuts and bruises and of course he’s a** was in total shock. He literally landed in Detroit and within that same hour caught a beat down. “Welcome To Detroit“!

how the fuck do Yung Berg posed' to not get robbed for his piece?

State Property links up in the Studio.....

to record a track with Wale' but truthfully, do you give a shit that Wale is even apart of this video.

It's refreshing to see Mac and Free dappin each other up like that, another State Prop album would be dope.

I know what you're thinking, monumental right?

Just take a listen first, not sayin I don't like it. Just this beat should've been EXTRAORDINARY.

It's not everyday you get a superstar line up like that.

Eskay had it up "early" (no freeway) but the Jew-Unit was on they job, so I'll link you to the direct source.

Miss Info does "Daily Gossip" report on Hot 97 and touches on Faith Evan's new Auto-Biography

In the wide world of the world wide web, Miss Info leaked some pages from Faith Evans, new and blunt (for lack of a better word) tell-all Auto-Biography a couple of days ago.

In which she depicted the encounters she had with 2Pac in vivid detail, apparently someone got tight over it and put the gag order on that motherfucker though.
