Wed Nov 19, 9:03 pm ET DUBLIN, Ga. – He shot a man twice and felt so good about it, police said, a rapper wrote a song describing the shooting and calling out the victim by name. A judge sentenced 25-year-old Rico Todriquez Wright Monday to spend the next 20 years in prison after his victim mentioned the hip hop confession to police.

Chad Blue, 28, told police he had known Wright before the September 2006 shooting, but that the men weren't friendly. He testified companions egged Wright on as he chased and shot his victim in the thigh and groin.

Later, Blue told police he recognized Wright's voice on a CD, rapping "Chad Blue knows how I shoot."

Wright was sentenced to 20 years for two counts of aggravated assault. He will spend another 20 years on probation.

Which is why after the age of 25, I stopped writing incriminating shit (i.e. verses, columns, forum comments, etc) PERIOD.

Yung Berg flew into Detroit late friday night for Hot 102.7’s annual Summer Jamz concert but instead of going straight to his hotel as scheduled, he made a pit stop at a club called Plan B, which i’m hearing is partially owned by Detroit rapper Trick Trick. Now mind you, Berg didn’t tell his label, his management or anyone that he was about to sneak off to the club.

Within minutes of getting inside the club, both Yung Berg and Cap (the person he met up with) were attacked by a group of men affiliated with Trick Trick. I am hearing that Trick Trick was NOT a part of the beat down. In fact, he helped break the fight up. Yung Berg’s security quickly scooped him off the ground and rushed him onto Cap’s tour bus that was parked outside of the club. His transformer chain (pictured above) was snatched during the mayhem. He was then taken to his hotel but did not receive any medical attention. He only suffered minor cuts and bruises and of course he’s a** was in total shock. He literally landed in Detroit and within that same hour caught a beat down. “Welcome To Detroit“!

Just five days after an altercation between DJ Vlad and Rick Ross’ crew went down at the Ozone Awards [click to read] last Sunday in Houston, DJ Vlad has filed a $4 million dollar lawsuit against Ross, claiming the Miami emcee rapper orchestrated a brutal attack.
“Rick Ross orchestrated a brutal attack upon DJ Vlad, carried out at his direction by his accomplices, in retribution for media coverage of Rick Ross’ prior life as a correctional officer,” claims Vlad’s attorney Brian Caplan as told to MTV.
The altercation (that left DJ Vlad with seven stitches below one of his eyes, a corneal abrasion, three facial fractures and possible nerve damage) is alleged to be in reaction to Vlad’s YouTube channel. In which he recently interviewed the Clipse about Ross’ alleged former life as a C.O. [click to read] as well as an interview with incarcerated drug dealer “Freeway” Ricky Ross, where Ricky Ross disassociated himself from the rapper [click to read].

I don't know what's worse?

An ex-correctional officer beating someone up for reporting facts, or the person reporting facts going to the Police for getting beat up.

Either way, the game is BACKWARDS.
