Camron on Aphilliates Radio with Dj Drama

"Strong Armed" via' NahRight

Drama: I was watching the prelude to I Use To Get In Ohio, [Laughs] who is the nigga playing your cousin?

Cam’ron: That’s my nigga Bang. He actually directed the full video of I Get It In Ohio & Cookin’ Up. A lot of people don’t know, he’s also a producer. He produced Jim’s first single Certified Gangstas, he did a couple joints on my album. Now he’s in that director mode. He’s really from Chicago.. I had to take like 15 takes [Prelude video], I couldn’t stop laughing. That’s my man Duane “Bang” Holmes: producer, director, etc.

Drama: I don’t know what we’re waiting on for the Cam’ron Gangsta Grillz?

Cam’ron: I was just about to say, I never got invited to do a Gangsta Grillz, we could do that tonight. The whole shit could get done tonight. I can’t wait.

Drama: Have you been watching people come up on internet?

Cam’ron: Soulja Boy’s like the biggest example… They had wanted me to be a part of Aunt Jackie cuz they were on Koch but I couldn’t.. that wasn’t my lane, but the best of luck to them. Koch Records was distributing them and they really signed them off their YouTube hits. “Oh these guys got 200,000 hits on YouTube.” So I’m sitting there thinking to myself, damn if you get 200,000 views on YouTube, you get a record deal. If I was home, I’d have people cheating all day to get me 200,000 to walk into somebody’s office. [Laughs.]

Drama: Speaking of the internet, one of the sites that’s come up heavily in the last year and a half is ThisIs50.com. The Rick Ross/50 beef is very interesting. A lot of people say it’s entertaining. I’ve said it almost seems like 50 might of learned something from y’all beef because you brought such a comedy element to the game. And even 50 has been on record saying “I didn’t know what to do with that when Cam was coming like that.”

Cam’ron: I’m a different type of animal. I had 10 million downloads off Curtis.. At the end of the day, he did a smart move with Juelz & Jimmy.. Musically I can’t wait to deal with anybody. It’s not a problem. You gotta be funny and entertaining cuz at the end of the day it ain’t like him and Rick Ross are gonna see each other in the streets.. If you can clown somebody, clown ‘em. Cuz it makes them look stupid.. If you talented, funny, and can spit, you gonna win the battle 9 times outta 10.

Drama: The album, Crime Pays, May 5th.

President Obama Speaks in Ottawa, Canada Today

OTTAWA – President Barack Obama proceeded cautiously in his first foreign trip Thursday, refraining from asking Canada to rethink its plans to withdraw troops from Afghanistan and saying changes to the North American Free Trade Agreement can wait. In a news conference with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Obama acknowledged that he has said NAFTA does too little to protect U.S. workers and the environment.

Canada, the United State's largest trading partner, is leery of changes to the deal.

Suge Knight gets Knocked the F*ck Out, Again!!!

SMH @ this guy. TMZ is reporting that your boy Suge got his ass handed to him again last night, by Akon’s manager Robert Carnes, of all people.

It all went down in a private party at the W Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ — where Suge was attending a private party for NBA All-Star weekend. Cops say they were called to the scene by hotel security who warned about a brewing fight between two groups in the VIP area.

According to the Scottsdale PD website, when cops arrived, they saw a man punch the victim — aka Suge — two times in the head.” Officers had to break out the tasers to “quell the fight.”

According to the police report, which I’ve included after the jump, Carnes was charged wth a felony due to the extent of Suge’s injuries.

Alchemist Interview w/ Hip Hop Game.com (Chemical Warfare/Alchemist Cookbook)

Fans have been waiting for your album Chemical Warfare for awhile. Are you almost done with it?

This is Chemical Warfare. If you like The Cookbook then you have successfully put one foot into Chemical Warfare. If the temperature’s right in February then you can dive in. I got a couple of last minute strings I’m pulling to make it super-explosive. It’s oing to be the usual suspects and I don’t want to blow it up too much.

What’s the biggest surprise on Chemical Warfare?

I think the whole project in its own is something to me that’s all together. I couldn’t really cite one record or one moment. I have a record with Twista and it’s something special and I have a record with Kool G. Rap. I’m rapping on both of them with them. To be rapping on records with people of that caliber, they’re beyond veterans and O.G.’s to me. Both of them. Not to compare them or put them in the same category in any way, but those records are special to me because I don’t look at myself as a rapper. Both records I had laid my verses. They were songs that I had and I sent them to them to get their approval and make sure that they fuck with it. I made sure that they were cool with how I was rapping on it and they said it was that shit. To hear that from Kool G. Rap, I was like, ‘Yes!’ Both of them were a concept and a style that I had to lock in. Those are dope to me. I can’t wait to put those out. I did a couple of joints with Kool G. Rap. They will both come out, one way or another.

92503 News: Rep. Ken Calvert Rap Sheet

To view the full sized Police Report, click Calvert's Arrest Report here

Oh what lovely tool the internet is.

Yes, just like every repressed Evangelical Conservative Politician who always somehow seem to find themselves in the middle of a sex scandal.Calvert was involved in his own.

Wow he's even voted against the recent SCHIP bill President Obama passed in order to give our children nationalized Health Care.

Here are a bit of controversies he's been directly tied to, credit: Wikipedia. org

In September 2006 (and again in 2007 & 2008), Calvert was named one of the "20 Most Corrupt Members of Congress" in a report by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. The organization said "His ethics issues stem from his use of earmarks for personal gain and his connections to a lobbying firm under investigation."[7]

[edit] Connections to lobbyists
Calvert went with businessman Thomas Kontogiannis and now-convicted Congressman Randy Cunningham on a December 2004 trip to Saudi Arabia. They were accompanied by Rancho Santa Fe businessman Ziyad Abduljawad, who paid for the trip. Kontogiannis is currently an unindicted co-conspirator (#3) in the Cunningham scandal.[8]

The activities of lobbying firm Copeland, Lowery, Jacquez, Denton and White (now dissolved) is currently under investigation by a federal grand jury. On May 23, 2006, the FBI obtained Calvert's financial records at the same time it pulled the records of Representative Jerry Lewis, who is at the center of the Copeland Lowery lobbying controversy. Calvert helped pass through at least 13 earmarks sought by Copeland Lowery in 2005, totalling over $91 million.

Earmarks for the Corona Transit Center
In May 2007, the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct of the U.S. House of Representatives sent Calvert a letter stating that his earmark request for $5.6 million for the Corona Transit Center did not, in the committee's opinion, constitute a "financial interest". The transit center, a hub for rail commuters and an a transfer point for bus connections, is in the vicinity (from .1 miles to 1.7 miles) of seven properties in which Calvert has an ownership interest. Calvert had successfully obtained earmarks of $700,000 in 2004 and $500,000 in 2006 for the transit center. [9]

[edit] Personal
In 1993 Calvert was arrested for soliciting a prostitute.[10][11] The Riverside Press-Enterprise went to court to force the Corona police to release the police report. In that report, the arresting officer wrote:

"I observed a male subject in the driver seat... As I made my way to the driver door, a female immediately sat up straight in the front passenger seat. It appeared as if her head was originally laying in the driver's lap... Both subjects were extremely nervous. I noticed that the male subject was placing his penis into his unzipped dress slacks, and was trying to hide it with his untucked dress shirt... The male subject started his vehicle and placed it into drive and proceeded to leave. I ordered him three times to turn off the vehicle, and he finally stopped and complied... The male identified himself as Kenneth Stanton Calvert... and stated 'We're just talking that's all, nothing else.' ...I spoke with Linberg separately. I asked her if she had ever been arrested for anything, and she said, 'Yes, for prostitution and under the influence of heroin.' Linberg said she had last 'shot up' approximately one week prior and is currently on methadone."

Also in 1993, Calvert and his former wife, Robin, were divorced after 15 years of marriage. His ex-wife later accused him of not paying the alimony arranged. In addition, his father committed suicide. After these experiences, Calvert said that the experiences "have helped me mature greatly... and become a better person."[12]

He's running for re-election in 2010, let get this prick out of office.

Etta James apologizes for slight at Beyonce and President Obama

One of the most popular ballads in the canon of American music has started a cat fight -- or a comedy show.

The song in question is "At Last," made famous by Riverside resident Etta James and recently brought back into the pop culture limelight thanks to Beyoncé's performance for the first dance at President Barack Obama's inaugural ball and the 2008 film "Cadillac Records."

James talked about Beyoncé's version on stage in Seattle Jan. 28, according to a report in The Seattle Times and also at a concert in Coquitlam, British Columbia on Jan. 31 in an audio clip from Crown City Media, said she would "whip" the pop star for singing her song, in language that would warrant at least a PG rating. She also poked fun at Obama's ears and said he "ain't my president."

Gossip sites such as TMZ have labeled it celebrity feud, but James said she was just trying to make people laugh."I'm a comedian besides a singer," James said in a telephone interview from her home on Thursday morning. "I wasn't doing it to be hateful."

In the audio clip from the Canadian show, the audience can be heard laughing at James' comments before she goes into "At Last."

James said her comments were meant to be taken as, "She's up here singing my song, now what am I gonna do?"

Beyoncé's representatives had no comment on James' remarks.

The singer has never shied away from speaking her mind on stage.

"I think I'm funny and she's not the only one I'll say something about," she said. A self-admitted critic, the 71-year-old said in a December interview that she liked the film "Cadillac Records" and Beyoncé did a good job portraying her. However, James takes a lot of pride her signature song, and would have liked to have an opportunity to sing the song at the inaugural ball, where Beyoncé performed.

"She got up there and sang it and didn't give me a chance to sing 'At Last,'" James said. In the audio clip from the Canadian concert, James said, "He ain't my president, he might be your president."

James said she was just talking about his ears and said, "He's the United States' president."

taken from my fav. website Press Enterprise. Get your Feed On.

Nice Move, and the 92503 brought it to you FIRST!!!

Etta James is MAD at Beyonce and PRESIDENT OBAMA?

On inauguration night, Beyoncé kicked off the Neighborhood Ball with an emotional performance of "At Last."

As Beyoncé fought back tears, Obama and his wife, Michelle, swayed cheek-to-cheek in their first dance of the night, creating one of the lasting images of the evening.

Two weeks ago, James' son told the Daily News his mom, who has suffered health setbacks after gastric bypass surgery, was moved by the performance.

And the pair didn't seem to have a problem with each other last year when they posed together at the premiere of "Cadillac Records," in which the younger singer portrayed James.

The audio clip also reveals that the 71-year-old James apparently isn't very fond of Obama, either.

"You know your President, right? You know the one with the big ears?" she asked the audience. "He ain't my President."

A spokeswoman for Beyoncé said she had no comment

Etta is a longtime Riverside Resident.

As the DON OF THE 92503. I suggest a Press Release denouncing the fuckery as soon as possible.

Video: Lil Wayne Interview with Katie Couric (Full 11 Minutes)

At first look, you might think it’s pretty easy to size up Lil' Wayne.

He’s got the teeth -- gold and platinum diamond-studded crowns, a body covered in tattoos and the attitude.

Lil' Wayne: "I am gangster, Miss Katie."

Katie Couric: "What does that mean, when you say 'I'm a gangster'?"

Wayne: I don't take nothin' from no one. I do what I wanna do. And I'm gonna do that until the day I die. And if I can't do that, then I'll just die."

This tough-talking rapper insists that what you see is not necessarily what you get. "I have 'misunderstood' [tattooed] on my face because I do feel that a lot of times I'm very misunderstood

Obama signs kids' health insurance bill

President Barack Obama on Wednesday signed a bill extending health coverage to 4 million uninsured children, a move he called a first step toward fulfilling a campaign pledge to provide insurance for all Americans. It was a victory for Obama a day after his nominee to shepherd his broad health care agenda stepped aside amid tax problems.

Obama used an ebullient East Room signing ceremony to continue his push for his plan that would provide universal health insurance, even as he spent much of the previous day admitting he "screwed up" in naming former Sen. Tom Daschle to spearhead the health care overhaul. He wrapped the signing event in another pitch for his separate $819 billion economic plan that now is under consideration in the Senate and faces Republican opposition.

"As I think everybody here will agree, this is only the first step," Obama said of the bill that reauthorizes the State Children's Health Insurance Program.

"Because the way I see it, providing coverage to 11 million children through CHIP is a down payment on my commitment to cover every single American," he said to applause before turning to the economic recovery bill.

"It won't be easy; it won't happen all at once," Obama said. "But this bill that I'm about to sign, that wasn't easy either."

Obama and his advisers see the economic crisis as his window to push through many of his campaign pledges. Renewable energy, financial regulation and even rural Internet access all have been tied to repairing the nation's fractured economy. In the process, Obama has exposed his plan to criticism and questions that threaten to jettison the first major legislation his team has assembled.

"I refuse to accept that millions of our children fail to reach their full potential because we fail to meet their basic needs. In a decent society, there are certain obligations that are not subject to trade-offs or negotiations, and health care for our children is one of those obligations," Obama said, signaling he was readying for a fight.

Obama has faced a difficult week, his second full one in office. Daschle, the former Senate Democratic leader, withdrew his nomination as secretary of health and human services after acknowledging he failed to pay taxes on a car and driver provided by a Democratic fundraiser. His departure also left in the president's team a large gap for someone to usher through sweeping reform Obama has promised.

The children's health bill calls for spending an additional $32.8 billion on SCHIPI, which now enrolls an estimated 7 million children. Lawmakers generated that revenue by raising the federal tobacco tax.

Health officials project that there are about 8 million to 9 million uninsured children in the United States

As an expecting father, this is one of the matters that Barack campaigned heavily for and is one of the reasons I was/am so favorable of the man.

I commend the House, Senate, and our President for acting timely on this issues.

Here's the rest of the news article.

The bill went to the White House fresh from passage in the Democratic-controlled House, on a vote of 290-135. Forty Republicans joined in approval.

Most Republicans, though, criticized the cost of the legislation. They also said it will mean an estimated 2.4 million children who otherwise would have access to private insurance will join the State Children's Health Insurance Program instead.

"The Democrats continue to push their government-run health care agenda — universal coverage, as they call it," said Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas.

The bill's passages has long been a top priority of Democratic lawmakers. In late 2007, President George W. Bush twice vetoed similar bills. The Senate passed the same bill last week. Obama made it a top priority in his first 100 days and one step in his push for universal coverage by the end of his first term.

"President Obama and Congress are demonstrating that change has come to Washington, and we are moving forward to improve the quality of life for American families struggling during these hard times," said Rep. Charles Rangel, D-N.Y., chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee.

SCHIP was created more than a decade ago to help children in families with incomes too high to qualify for Medicaid but too low to afford private coverage.

Federal money for the program was set to expire March 31, barring action by Congress. To cover the increase in spending, the bill would boost the federal excise tax on a pack of cigarettes by 62 cents, to $1.01 a pack.

Opponents of the bill complained that the tobacco tax increase hits the poor the hardest, because they are more likely to smoke than wealthier people. Many also took exception to expanding the program and Medicaid to children of newly arrived legal immigrants.

Republicans said that they supported SCHIP and providing additional money for the program. However, they argued that Democrats were taking the program beyond its original intent and encouraging states to cover middle-class families who otherwise could get private insurance.

"This debate is about, do we want a children's health insurance program that covers every child in America with state and federal dollars regardless of their ability to pay?" said Rep. Joe Barton, R-Texas. "Do we want to freeze out the private sector for health insurance?"

But supporters said that ensuring children had access to adequate health care was a matter of priorities. Rep. Frank Pallone, D-N.J., said an estimated 4 million people have lost employer-sponsored insurance in the past year.

"Do they keep their families' health insurance or do they put food on the table at night? During this economic recession, these kinds of decisions are unfortunately becoming more common," Pallone said.
